Hungry Howie's Pizza

This is a extra cheese and extra pepperoni deep dish pizza. I hate to see what normal cheese and pepperoni is like. Got cheesy bread with pizza sauce and butter garlic sauce but they never got them and I paid ahead of time. NEVER AGAIN WELL I EVER COME TO THIS PLACE. And oh I been trying to call and there not answering there calls. Seams like they cant stand the heat so they need to get out of Brooklyn Hungry Howies RIP Off....I'm filling a complaint with the BBB

Had delivery and order had missing items. Called store and said they would look into. Waited hour and called again , when I asked was placed on hold then disconnected. Called two more times and manager Chad answered said one moment then hung up both times. Was very polite and just wanted my order corrected. Sadly looking now at some of the other reviews seems to be standard practice if your order is wrong not to talk with you and hang up.

First and last time I'll be ordering. Ordered a large pizza and a cheese bread online said it would be ready in 15 minutes arrived in 25 minutes was told it would be just a few more minutes. Came back in in 5 minutes then was told someone messed up and my order was never made and now I have to wait even longer. I waited 45 minutes total from time of order. Then she tells me they messed up someone stapled my receipt to another box! With my full name and phone number on it. How can you tell me it will be a few minutes if you never laid eyes on my food? Finally get back home to eat and the pizza isn't even cut! Very disappointed with my service!
