Les 3 Brasseurs

Great service, good beer, but not the best place for food, I tried 2 of the house specialities and got very disappointed, soup d'oignon and lilloise flammekueche, skip them since they look better in the menu than in reality. Nevertheless I must admit that the 3 brasseurs burger is good and the really must have dessert is the liège gofre, definitely you cannot leave this place without trying this one. It's usually crowded since Thursday and over the weekend, so try to get a reservation to avoid the long waiting times.

I would give 0 stars if I could. To start, they forgot our appetizer. Fine, our main course is on the way. Hamburgers arrived and we had to wait 5 min for utensils to be brought to us. The hamburger patty was burned. Inedible. The waiter offered to re-make the food. Fine, we asked for water> didn’t arrive. We had to ask a second time. We then finally received the hamburgers again. Still overcooked, but better than before. The waiter sent the manager over because he could see we weren’t happy with our experience even tho we told him we were fine. The manager offered us a dessert and guess what??? See the picture. There was a hair… The manager offered to take off a meal from our bill- we accepted it even if we think we shouldn’t have had to pay at all for this MESS!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN! Stay away from this restaurant.

Came here today on a Sunday night with family- table of three. Online menus were a hassle and many food items (such as the kids menu) was not found on the online version. We waited over an hour to get served 2 burgers and a pizza and they even got one of the orders wrong so one of us had to wait an extra 15-25 minutes. After the long wait the food was honestly very underwhelming and our side-dishes were also switched up. I had a 3 brasseur burger- the bun felt weird and plastic-y and the burger patty was incredibly dry. However the maple beer sauce was quite good. But overall, very disappointing for a 19$ burger. The house salad was ok but the fries were distasteful (like a mix of McDonalds and Costco fries- yet hollow inside) Also had an Exotica Sangria cocktail. Taste was good but presentation could have been better for a 9$ drink.
