Excellent food and excellent service !!! It was so incredibly delicious, and I could not recommend this place more!!!!!! (And definitely had more than enough to take home for a second meal :D ) Please give this place a try if you are thinking of going; I promise you you won't regret it!!!! (Also, the vegetarian option is amaaaazing !! And the nan is HUGE !!)

Always accomodating and friendly. While other places are increasing their prices and/or decreasing the portions, Shaan has maintained their prices and they don't skimp on the portions. Thank you for being fair! *March 2022: Ceylon chicken is amazing! Just make sure to tell them to not add sugar to the ceylon chicken and butter chicken (Or any dish for that matter). The mulligatawny soup is very flavourful but also inconsistent from one visit to the next. Last time there was too much fennel and far too much salt. *Dec 2021: Still the best around. *Best indian food on the south shore. Very polite staff. *

My wife and I decided to deviate from our usual Indian spot to a location that has been on our radar for quite some time now. We're very glad that decided to change it up tonight! From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we felt very welcomed by the staff and service was attentive throughout. We ordered our favorite dishes, butter chicken, beef bhoona and saag paneer, all of which were delightful nostalgic but with a subtle and noticeable difference. The flavours were rich but reminded me of true home cooking. The dessert, gulab jamun was just the cherry on top. On top of this, location is easily accessible and parking was a breeze. The prices were very fair considering the increase in food cost and the awesome service. Not to mention, BYOB! We'll be back soon, hungry for more!

terrible service. They said when i ordered it would be 1 hour - 2 hours later I was calling to find out where my food was. the guy on the phone was soooo rude !! he even hung up when i asked him to please tell his customers that it was a 2 hour wait. My food finally arrived 2 hours after i ordered it and it was cold !! i called back - the same guy answered and told me that he had $400 of food waiting to go out and he cannot control the temperature of the food once it leaves the restaurant. the delivery driver said he had been on the road for 1 hour with 5 deliveries and mine was the last one of the 5. We have ordered takeout here once and were not super impressed by the taste of the food. We ordered the eggplant which was far too oily and lacked spices, the saag paneer also lacked spices. The samosas were almost empty and were made with wonton wrappers. The papadums were overcooked. Portions are big, and price is right - but the quality and taste is just not there.
