When ordering the vegetarian option, you place your trust in the company and restaurant. When they send you meat instead and you only realize a few bites in, that is completely unacceptable.
Ive lost complete trust in this company as it isnt even the first time they've done this mistake.
Im really disgusted by the fact that i just ingested meat. I wish this feeling on nobody.

I was about to finish my meal and when i got to the part in the picture,the chicken was not cooked and it was hard to detach from the bone,and now I'm wondering if i ate a raw chicken leg :S

Everthing was dirty.food was cold Cole slaw was sour . Yelling and screaming from employés. We where glad to throw away the food and get out of there as fast as we could. Not a good expérience for going back to restaurants since opening.

The service depends on the tip you leave to the cashier. If you do not leave a tip, she will not give you the drink you paid for.

Benny, the south shore classic! We were not disappointed. The fries are simply better than the competition, and we tried their excellent onion rings also! The chicken was delicious, and honestly we will go back to Benny before some of the more popular options. Also they have a drive through pickup which is really cool, thanks!

I literally order benny every 2 week and this is the first time i order from this store, i usually order from a different benny. They forget my sauce and my drink and i call them and they tell me not their problem altho they charged me the full price

Took me a few bad experiences to finally decide to give them a rating. The worst service i have ever seen in a restaurant. The kitchen staff gives incomplete order and the girl on the phone tells me that i am abusing my right as a client for not liking her offer for a credit on cheese and sauce for my next order. Used to order alot from this place and thought they would learn from past mistakes. But i was wrong big time. Will never do business with them again.
