If I could leave ZERO stars I would! Locked doors so you are FORCED to use the 40 car lengths drive thru, you get to the window 10 employees having a party while they could easily staff both counter and drive thru orders Starbucks Canada put some order in your employees and franchisees! OPEN the doors and serve customers

If I could leave a half star i would! I get on that on a hot day and how generally busy it is, Starbucks wait times will be longer...so I waited... 10 minutes goes by I get my cold beverage which I have no idea what it was supposed to be but not what I ordered, so I thought to myself ok cool maybe they changed the recipe. Then I waited another 15 minutes for a grande Americano coffee that never came yet 10 other customers all got their drinks and left some of which had placed lunch orders. By this point I had asked twice about my coffee to which I was told my name would be called. My 10 month old and wife were waiting in the car 35 minutes until I got fed up and walked out. I get you guys are busy but get your heads together and be ORGANIZED.

This Starbucks is one of the slowest I have ever seen. ( not sure it’s because it’s a bunch of new people or they are just very disorganized) There drive through makes zero sense and you can’t get out of line once you’re in there and you end up waiting 30-40 mins. This isn’t the first time I have had this issue and silly me kept trying but today was the final straw for me. DO NOT COME TO THIS STARBUCKS
