Moodys Seafood Market And Take-out

It's always good to support small businesses especially the ones that are newly opened. We ordered the fried haddock basket and the clam basket(special on Fridays). Both were very tasty and had generous portions of seasoned fries. We will definitely come back to try their other items on their menus especially their Banh Mi.

Surprisingly good Vietnamese food at a little seafood place just off the main street in Brunswick. We noticed the sign for banh mi sandwiches while looking for something else, and decided to drop in. There's all sorts of seafood available as well as the sandwiches. Those include the usual pork, chicken, or shrimp filling as well as scallops or lobster, which I've never seen before). Got one with pork (very good) and one with scallops (pretty good). The bread for the sandwiches was excellent. Also got one Thai tea which was okay, but didn't taste like it was made with condensed milk A little pricey, and not much parking, but it looks like there's a drive thru window for pick up orders. I'll definitely visit again

Food was excellent; fresh, fried just right, and plentiful. The captains platter combo was enough for 2 people to share. I had the scallops basket and it was great. The scallops were very large, fried just right and not overcooked. The people were very pleasant. It is a shame i am only in town one day as i would return.
