I didn't step inside but the drive thru experience speaks alot.. the inner experience atmosphere must be a happy friendly smooth transition just assuming from my drive thru experience.. all cool down to earth ppl and also i just didnt have taco bell.. they have KFC there too . You can order both thru the drive thru window in one order... Enjoyyyyy""

The drive through staff was friendly and the food was good, there was a bit of a wait in line but it was probably someone getting a crunch wrap supreme or something (those take forever)

Felt like I was at a fast food restaurant for a change . Order get and go. And service with a smile. At the very least I might of had just the right crew serving me

The employees here all deserve a raise and the franchise owner should be glad to take a pay cut on their behalf. It seems that they are running on a skeleton crew as wait times can be pretty long but the staff always greets me with a smile and the food continues to meet my expectations.

This KFC Taco Bell sometimes doesn't have chicken? Like I have visited multiple times, during the evening, when they have run out of chicken. Absolutely wild to me.
The line for drive through is often long and slow, but the chicken is so good I can't say no.

Food was good but ordered ahead on the app to find out the lobby was closed due to staffing shortages and had to use the drive thru. Not a big deal but a pretty long wait 20 minutes almost. If you are going to close the lobby you should put signs up at the entrance nothing lobby is closed. Saw car after car drive in to head in only to have to get back in there cars and get into the drive thru line.

The crew was on point tonight. Drive thru wasn't a very long wait, reasonable for the length of the line. The guy that took my order was very friendly and personable. They ran out of chalupas and was gonna be a wait so they offered an alternative and I had no issues with that. Yall need to send a crew in to fix their signs and stuff though. For the business they do, you don't want it to be poorly represented js. Short of it, I'm very happy with my experience tonight
