Ideally located in Sydney roads busy Barkly Square, Schnitz offers the delicious menu, which have made it famous.
The ambience vibrates with music, the staff are friendly, helpful and professional.
So when on Sydney Road, Schnitz is the place to catch a bite or two .

Love the beef Schnitzel Burgers.
Love the young lady who looked after me.
I have 2 complaints. Firstly the burger buns need to be grilled so there is a little crunch when you bite into the hamburger. My bun tonight was fresh and hadn't seen heat. Secondly the tables need to be wiped and the restaurant straightened and wiped with hot water and detergent using your eyes after every sitting.
Thumbs up and I'll see you again next week.

What did you cook this bacon with, a microwave? Literally had to cook it myself as it looked like I just picked it up from the Coles deli. Bloody shocking, employ a cook. Chips were pretty lit tho...

Here is a salad that my roommate ordered today. We would like to thank the wonderful staff of Schnitz Brunswick for the thoughtful addition of an extra serving of LIVE INSECT, included completely free of charge.
Unfortunately, we did not enjoy this as intended because we are not, in fact, spiders.
However, if any spiders, frogs, lizards, adventurous Venus flytraps or other insect-eating creatures are reading this review, we do highly recommend this restaurant for you. 5/5.

Inconsistent quality. They do hit the mark 70% of the time.
You can never tell what you'll be getting.
Sometimes you'll have the best roll and chips, but there will be times where your schnitzel and chips are cold and soggy.

Wouldn't recommend it here. Came to have a nice meal , sat down to eat and was greeted by 3 pigeons who were fighting with each other over the food left on the floor . Floor was dirty, pigeons were walking on table, and around the bins in the store looking for food. There were two people working. They didn't bother to shoo away the birds , and they kept mixing up the orders, resulting in some customers getting cold food. Wait time was also bad. This place needs automatic sensor sliding doors.

Worst Schnitzel I've ever had in my Schnitzel eating career. Thin - small - cold - and falling apart. The only thing that tasted good was the seasoning on the chips.
Will never go back nor ever recommend it to a mate. Unless their stomachs are smaller than a pea.
Do yourself a favor and just go to a pub instead.
