Flakes On Sydney Road

Edit: I appreciate the response from the owner. I don't want you to refund twice and I've already taken it up with the app, but thanks for the offer. The app has no way to contact the restaurant, I did report the missing items immediately. Ordered the flake pack earlier tonight, received just the flake. -Pack is advertised as 1 flake,1 dim sim, 1 potato cake, chips, tartare and lemon. They did at least put the lemon in. -Mind you, this is through a delivery service not direct to the restaurant, but the delivery service only refunded me half the cost of the pack. -I paid for +1 dim sim which I did receive, here's the mostly empty box that got delivered to my house. Also ordered a Diet Coke and got sent a Coke Zero, they're not the same. I didn't try to get it refunded, seeing as I did actually get a (wrong) drink at least. Anyway ruined my dinner, had to go buy something else, and ripped me off. Such a shame because the fish was good. Won't be ordering here again.

The food was EXQUISITE it was so good I came back for more a few hours later. Best fish and chips shop I’ve ever been to, the shop is really relaxing and has a nice vibe to it. I love that they sold many different foods in one place and they all tasted equally as amazing. I drove thirty minutes to try as it was recommended by soo many people and I was craving good fish and chips and ended up ordering more for later too couldn’t resist trying all the options offered. The staff were really nice had a great conversation with a staff member. Busy at times but that just shows the love and popularity of the place. The staff is really what has me coming back this location has a great set of people, not only is the food amazing but the people are so sweet and wonderful it is also very busy at this location and the employees are just so darn nice and great! Thank you!!!! I know how hard it can get sometimes (fellow waitress) but let me tell ya, this staff and place in general is the best!!! Amazing

We have ordered from here multiple times. Each time their online ordering system won't accept credit card payments and we have to call. We advise them of this and they never bother to fix it. Try to call today and I am glad I did so before ordering as the line is constantly engaged. We order directly from them so that the delivery companies don't cut into their profits. Won't be bothering again.

This is my favorite spot I've been coming this place since I got to Melbourne the best spot ...it's clean, service is good inside warm and nice space for dinning, television there for you to watch while you enjoy your time here price is right and the food is perfect..the people in this place is very polite and kind thank you so much for the best food and service 😊
