Their free birthday dozen doesn't always work when trying to scan my app but its always tasty! But I wish when the hot light is on you actually get the hot dozen not the leftovers. They usually have a deal going like buy dozen get one free. I had ordered a strawberry chiller and a strawberry and cream chiller but they didn't have the cream one so I didn't get to try it instead I got a caramel frappe

Krispy Kreme assorted / glazed, chocolate filled, raspberry filled, double chocolate eclair - 5 🌟 I remember when Krispy Kreme first arrived in LA. It feels like it was ages ago and the hype was bigger than Dunkin Donuts arriving in LA a while later. I also remember being annoyed by the hype and that in turn hade convinced I didn't enjoy their donuts. Well. I am happy to admit I was wrong. Krispy Kreme has excellent donuts and they fit into the donut world with their own take. I really appreciate the size of their standard donuts. I also really like their filled donuts, including the chocolate filled ring donut I had on this visit. I recommend parking and going inside to see the open kitchen as they crank out countless donuts.

If you want to avoid a line, come here before noon. You can never go wrong with Krispy Kreme donuts especially when you time it right and come when they are not busy. Since I was in the plaza for my appointment at another store nearby, I stopped by Krispy Kreme to get some donuts for my nephew and niece. My appointment was at Men's Warehouse so I just park there and walk to Krispy Kreme. They were very busy in their drive thru but I went inside which they were only 2 people in line. I got a dozen donut in a box, the original glaze, chocolate glaze, chocolate glaze with sprinkles and maple. The employees were very nice and some people sat outside to eat their donuts.

1 1/2 minute read: Never been to KRISPY KREAM, you claim? Why? You gotta go and get some... DELICIOUS. This location at the Burbank Empire Shopping Center, make their signature donuts at 5 pm. Why do I tell you this? Because you can witness, first hand, the magnificent way they are made as you stand and watch. Yep! Parking is available but can get crowded. be patient and get a dozen.... at least! Thanks.

I love Krispy Kreme but I live in Sherman Oaks so I don’t stop by regularly, today I went there because I was close by doing some errands and was suprised there was no line at the drive thru at all, I ordered a custom dozen paid and left to do my errands. When I got home 3 hours later I discovered they gave me a Holiday dozen instead of what I ordered, which is not even close to what I ordered. I called the store and no one answered, called customer service and after 30 min hold they took my information and thanked me for reporting the issue and hanged up ☹️ I’ll have to eat what I got because they didn’t try to resolve the issue. I hope what I got tastes good too, but I’m still disappointed.
