Wendy's

I haven't had a good experience with Wendy's. Something always goes wrong with the order. This time it was spicy vs regular chicken nuggets. I believe they used a microwave to warm the nuggets because they turned cold in minutes just like the last time at another store. So this is pretty much the end of my love affair with Wendy's. The only good thing was that the gentlemen at the counter who took my order asked me if I wanted to go ahead and keep the regular nuggets after he replaced it with the spicy once. That was nice of him. Apart from that, the place was pretty clean and spacious.

Wendy’s hits different in LA. Maybe because of good competition around the area, with great Burger Fast Food restaurants all in the surrounding area; the Wendy’s at least in LA I’ve noticed are far superior then Wendy’s in other states. This Wendy’s in particular always delivers a pretty stellar meal.. surprising from a fast food place!! Just get the regular burger with the new fries!!

Wendy's has a huge Menu in the drive tru where i can see my options and make an order.. here they have a guy with a little menu taking the orders.. I know its to help move the line but there was no line. I hadn't been in a while and had to check Wendy's website for the menu.. which took forever. I hate how they do their menu online, I ordered the wrong thing and it looks....., lets just say im won't be going back

I visited this store at the drive thru gave my card and the gentleman takes off with my card never comes back. I even told my passenger is it just me or that’s not normal to have my card this long. We continued to wait only for a different person to come to the window and give me my order. I said I never got my card back continued to wait even longer only for the first gentlemen who helped us come back to the window and says that completes your order. I reminded him that he never gave me y card back. He leaves again comes back after sometime and give me my card no apology, no receipt so I can’t say who helped us. But I check my card today and my card was charged twice for same amount. I have no receipt only the charge reflecting on my account.
