Zankou Chicken

The nicest people work here . For the prices I think the whole space is a great deal. I always see happy families eating inside. The cashier girls are always very sweet and Aliyah is an angel of an employee. The food is so fresh and healthy! To be honest though I wish Zankou would add classic fries you get at most shawarma stuff places still a great place though.

The food is good. That's why I always go back. But now they are cheating customers. They used to fill the containers to the top every time. I always thought I was getting my moneys worth. Now they fill the containers 3/4 full sometimes less. When I questioned them about this, the counter person just flat out lied to me. He told me they weigh the container. I have been going to this place for a long time. You can watch the entire process of them filling orders, never once have I seen them weigh the container. The food is still good but they are just ripping people off. Maybe they don't want to raise prices or whatever but don't start ripping me off and then lie and tell me it's always been this way and lie about weighing the product. The items I get are always the same. In fact some of the people that work there know me by name. I get a large tarna and a medium rice every time and the large Tarna is always full until recently and I have never seen them weigh anything. Location is San Fernando Rd Burbank.
