Boba Loca

I havent been here since the lockdowns but remember great drinks. I was in the area and wanted to get a boba with my hawaiian lunch from next door. Big sign on door that says mask required. So I did not enter and I did not buy anything. It is perfectly within the owner's right to have that requirement. Just like it is mine to never spend money here again.

I love this place! I especially like how it’s near BBHS and they have a spare computer that kids can use! The boba here is amazing!! It’s also always a comfortable temperature in there and it’s very modern and all the song they have are amazing as well. Then there’s cool art on the walls and there’s outlets everywhere and it’s a cute place to hang with friends and get some win done (: last but not least I love how on the menu option you can add in supplements to your drink for only 1$ and it can be something like protein

If you like good quality boba don't come here. The boba itself is tasteless. As I was drinking the smoothie I noticed the boba wasn't fully cooked (as seen in attached photos) and were hardened, making it hard to leave this place a good review. My partners cup burst open as she was inserting the straw, beware very cheaply used plastic cups. The customer service didn't make our experience here any better, as we ordered and payed an employee asked us to wait outside so we did only for said employee to forget about our order and had us wait longer to make our drinks this time. Their excuse? "We're busy" not one customer was there at the time of our orders.
