We walked in this cake shop by accident. The girl in the shop was helpful and friendly. There are a large variety of pastries and cakes look beautiful. Both my friend and I vote for the original Napoleon as the best! My friend like the white “fluffy” cake. I also like the almond layered one. The prices are great, which makes it deserve five stars indeed.

Came in here because I was tired of having my South American pastries, I was never greeted, The girl that was working there never said hi to me she just straight asked me what do I want. At the Register she had the biggest attitude never said thank you None of that, humans work hard and we come to your business to be served correctly. all I’m saying is please have a better attitude have a better customer service . It sucks because your pastries are delicious

We had horrible experience getting a birthday cake from this place. We showed them two pictures and they said they could make the cake the way we wanted, we asked blue background which could have been sprayed on making it marble looking and crystal sugar added to have crystal rock affect. When the time came to pick up the cake, it was only white cake and gold trims. They got the crystal part right though. We let them know it's not looking like the one in our picture. They said well the baker is gone already. While gone in the back room though knowing how bad this looks they used some of the gold paint again on the white parts, but you can see it was just done by rubbing their fingers around the cake. You will see it in my pictures. We had no choice to take the cake since we had a birthday to do and everywhere was closed already for Christmas. Later on I call to ask why they messed up my order so badly, without apologizing they said we told you we can't make it that way but we wanted to do something for you and this is the way, we can't do anything else. I asked for supervisor or manager, they denied saying he or she is not here. I asked them to ask supervisor to call me. After waiting for a day no one called I called again. They finally agreed to give discount with out stating how or how much, on our next order. I was fine with that since we needed another cake for the new year. When we go to choose a cake again no supervisor comes to talk to us even after few times asking for them. they make no apologies and yet they argued that you won't be getting what you think you can get, meaning that you can't get your money back or get another cake for reduced price. After few minutes though they said go choose cake and we will take 10$ off. Ten dollars for the embarrassing situation they created for us and getting our birthday girl to cry on her special day? Not to mention going back and forth on the phone with them. Here are the pictures you be the judge.

I had horrible experience getting a birthday cake from this place. I showed her pic and said we could make this cake the way i wanted. The cake was simple cake and just i wanted airplane that they make with fondant on cake but they didn't make the airplane same as the pic that i gave them. I don’t know why when they cant make cake same that pic we want, they take the order.
