Lovely staff you have here! It is rather sad they have to police people over mask wearing. I would like to spend more money here when you guys begin respecting medical mask exemptions without harassing me every time. Medical exemptions still follow cdc guidelines. This one-size-fits-all approach can be damaging to certain groups of people. Self sabotage is not the only way to “protect” others. You’re a cafe, not the police.

In all honesty, I would like to rate this Starbucks based on the experiences of all high school students. There is a lot of aggression towards high school students by staff during every visit no matter the time of day. This location is almost always understaffed which results in chaos throughout the day. I would like to bring up one issue which simply shows how the staff treats customers. If you are a high school student and decide to sit and enjoy your drink or food inside, they do not allow you to on the grounds that you are a high school student. At some point without any warning they did not allow anyone inside that was a high school student and this caused for everyone who had ordered even before hand through the app to stand outside which broke all the rules of social distancing. They choose to be unkind to customers even if you have not done anything to them or to the store other than giving them business.

I’ve been here a bajillion times and have always had great service. The workers are all very nice and work as fast as they can. Its definitely one of the busier locations so the wait can be long. It’s not a problem for me but it definitely aggravates others. I’ve been cut in line and yelled at by other customers three times for literally just existing. So if the baristas give attitude I don’t blame them at all. These Karen’s are a whole different breed here and I’m sure they deal with it daily. Anyways, as always good coffee.
