My friend and I were just waiting in line, not minding the EXTREMELY slow service, and the lady repeatedly kept glaring at us and letting us know that we could not be helped at the moment. Despite us being understanding, she was very annoyed of us and made a rude face when we said that it was okay. I didn’t know that it was rude to be understanding and patient. Also, I was extremely disappointed in the service that was provided by Jordan tonight. Slow service, skimped out on vegetables, and did not heat up my meat of choice. He was not at all helpful about answering the questions we had regarding our food. Everything we said to them was a burden and would not be taken into consideration; did not know being polite was such an inconvenience. Something to remember for the next time we order here. Extremely disappointed in their service. There was also two food delivery drivers who were still waiting the entire time we waited up until we finished our food. We understand it’s busy, but try to communicate with the customers.

Today I was so exhausted from work and didn't give me time to eat anything, so I tried to find something not to heavy since my stomach was empty and all of the sudden in a red traffic light made looks around and in front of me I see SUBWAY and I said myself that's the place so I turned around and was able to get my favorite sandwich, so delicious made with fresh vegetables, fresh bread and delicious dressings to choose from, thanks so much SUBWAY you made my day, I got so happy with my combo of sandwiches, snacks and my drink, you can choose from a great variety of delicious sandwiches cold or hot and that was exactly what I need... SUBWAY is soooo delicious 😘👌🥪

Charged me $11 for 1 veggie pattie wrap where it should be $6 and change as per other subway. The lady gives me a cold look and says this is how it works in our system and you have to pay $11. In other subways when they put 2 veggie patties they charge $11 and not just 1 pattie. Take it or leave it deal. We requested the other lady who was a shift supervisor, returned the sandwich who helped us in refunding the money.

One of the best ways to know if an establishment washes their produce is if the sticker is still on it when it is out for service. I know the quality of employees is very low now a days and subway brings pretty much everything in already prepared. But obviously the last step isnt being taken. The sandwich I ordered was to be as expected so I'm not complaining just dont want to get a food borne illness. Obviously I didnt pay for the avocado

I ordered on DoorDash at an annoyingly late time because I had just got off of work and I ordered a tuna melt. Unfortunately the toaster was down which I didn’t even notice my sandwich was not toasted because I was so hungry and it was so good. They threw in a free cookie for me and honestly give those workers a raise because they were nice when they didn’t need to be and 10/10 sand which!

Reporting an incident that happened at Subway location: 101 N Victory Blvd, Burbank CA 91502 A white American bearded guy , who was working on December 19th around 6pm-7pm!! He was fighting with a waiting customer, a lady who was much older than him, using profundity language, called her “Fucking Bitch”, cursing, bullying and threatening a customer! MANAGERS!! Such people should never get customer service jobs!! FIRE HIM IMMEDIATELY!!!!
