It was so hot B & R was just what was needed for a massive cool off. Lines were long but people got helped very quickly and the clerks are friendly and helpful. I didn't bother getting in the drive through line as it was almost as long as Costco's gas line⛽ There's nowhere to park if you want to go in to order, so my husband dropped me off and just drove around till I was done. It certainly cooled us down though, ahhhmazing..... 🍦🍨🍧

We ordered a ice cream Birthday cake for my grandson's 15th Birthday. He had a special order so it could not be just grabbed at the place--they do have cakes there you can just grab ang go. The cake turned out beautiful. It was perfect and it was ready on time. The service was super nice, both on the phone and when I went to pick it up. We will be back. They have great ice cream.

UPDATE: WARNING:::::Cake decorator attitude issue. I have many 5 star veviews for Basking Robbins. That is until I had to deal with Narine. To the owner of 31 Flavors. Narine is costing you business. She has horrible customer service. She is driving away customers. Who knows how many others have had to leave due her attitude? I have been going to this location for 8 years to buy 3 Ice Cream Cakes a year. Narine is a cake decorator with a huge attitude. This is the first time I have had an issue. I tried to order a cake in the evening. The crew in front is awesome. They said that I had to come before 2pm. I took off work the following day. I went in and asked for her. Narine would not come out and said that she did not want to do it. This is the first time that I have received such horrible customer service at this location. I told the front nice crew thank you and took my business to another location. The next location could not believe what happened. They said NO problem. Yep, it is not that Narine could not. It is that she would not. I had to drive to a location much further away due to her horrible customer service. The front crew was great. They were as helpful and nice as could be. Too bad Narine can’t be trained by the front crew. This was the old decorator. I wish they had never left. Absolutely excellent ice cream cakes. Look at the new puppy "Bella" on this masterpiece. Thank you 31 flavors.

We love this 31 flavors it's pretty spacious which is great when it gets busy and the employees are super nice!! There is also a drive thru that moves pretty quickly! Today we saw a freezer case with ice creams treats like oreo covered ice cream bars and mango bars. I've only ever seen these at this 31 flavors.
