Little Frank's Pizzeria

Look the food here has been great. I've been coming here for years. Yesterday I put in an order two pizzas, some garlic bread for pick-up. They said it would be ready in 40 minutes. I get there to pick-up my order and nothing is ready. Excuse, the system crashed and they couldn't call me back. They said they didn't have my order or phone number. You know what doesn't crash. Pen and paper. How do you not write your orders down? This is inexcusable. They said they could do my order in 15 minutes. Two pizzas and two side orders in 15 minutes. I find that hard to believe. I always liked Joe's Italian Villa better, but they unfortunately left the area. Will have to look for a new pizza place. There are other options.

I stopped ordering from year a few years ago; the food was always very good, but the last few times I did order (for delivery), they either "forgot" to make my order, "lost" the order (even though I paid over the phone by credit card), or when the order actually showed up, items were missing. Also, whoever they had answering their phone and talking orders (sounded like a young woman) had a really bad attitude EVERY time I ever placed an order! With so many pizza places in the immediate area, I've taken my money elsewhere.

Longtime customer - WORST experience EVER! I ordered a pizza for delivery from here yesterday. Two hours later and the pizza hadn't arrived. I called in to ask what was going on and to get an ETA. The girl who answered hung up on me. I have been ordering from this place for 20years, but noticed their service and pizza changed within the last several months, but I kept ordering and always tip the drivers $10 cash. My guess is they must be under new owners or management though because their service definitely isn't Little Frank's worthy anymore and their staff obviously lacks professionalism. ZERO STARS!!!
