Rico Rino's Pizza

They have nice food specials but poor quality of food. No sauce and way too much breading in the pizza, it was also burnt. The delivery driver also put our free 2 liter on top of the pizza so the cheese was stuck to the top of the box. The calzone was super burnt. Tomatoe bread was super burnt. Fries were old, cold, and dry. Italian beef was ordered dipped well, it was also dry...super dry. The wings were good; they were actually about the only good thing. I wouldn't order from here again, but if you're starving give it a shot.

We ordered a deep dish and got thin crust. The pizza was missing cheese from one side, and was uncut. The crust was broken in random places, and the mozzarella sticks didn’t even have cheese in one of them. Not to mention we waited over an hour EXTRA for this order. When we called they said they couldn’t refund. I didn’t even want a new pizza because everything was already so bad. By the end of it, they said they couldn’t do anything to make up for the order. I would not recommend eating here.

This place has gone through a variety of owners but still run by the same staff. Their main seller is the low priced pizza special for $11. But for $6.95 and a coupon you can get prettyuch the same from a place on the next block. I gave up on the sandwiches which it turns out the staff dislikes making. The only reason I keep buying pizzas is because the other place closes early at 10pm and this guy stays up past 2am most days. On the other hand two blocks away there a place makes far better pizza and stays open just as late but will set you $33 a pie. So there you have it, mediocre pizza at a mediocre price available at almost any hour, means this guy still beats the 7 Eleven on the next block for my late night splurges.

Ordered off grub hub and it took over an hour for food to arrive when they are right down the street. The fries were old you could tell they were refried. They were also cold so we threw them away. I also has an Italian beef which was pretty good and my dad had a burger which was fine. I say if you are picking up it would be great but don't recommend getting delivery. And the fries would of probably been good if they were fresh. I won't be making that mistake again.

I ordered on line, & had them deliver it. The delivery driver was on time & very polite!! O.M.G the pizza & wings where excellent!!! Oh, I accidentally gave the delivery driver to much $, he actually came back after he left just to tell me. Honesty, great food, & great service!!!!! I highly recommend this place!!!

Edit: 1. they now give you the 2 liter without asking. 2. all their prices are wrong online. 3. called and asked why a large pizza with 2 cheesesticks was $40, which they charged to my card before giving me a total. According to them, they have new owners and name changed from papas pizza to Rico Rino's. 4. Delivery driver got here and I asked if there were new owners. He said no, they switched ownership to a different person and changed name but same people, no different actual owners. 5. This is my favorite, the menu they stuck on the box still says Papas Pizza!!! 6. Pizza was still gross, cold and the cheese was like plastic by the time we got it (we live 2 blocks away, wonder how long pizza sat before being delivered) and the cheesesticks were old or sitting for a long time, like the pizza. This place gas shady business processes, lies about new ownership when all they did was a name change, probably for tax purposes and food is still terrible!!! Foods hit or miss, delivery takes forever. If you order a special (i.e. 2 med pizzas, 2 ltr) and it comes with a 2 liter, don't expect it at delivery time. Also, if you don't specifically say the special comes with a 2 ltr, they will never say it does and you lose out. No matter how their specials are advertised. Apparently, the owner doesn't trust his delivery drivers if they take pop with them and the people who take the orders, never put it on the ticket. Plus you never get the pop you order, and when you ask what pops they have or a 2 ltr, they always say they have it, but it's not what you get. (i.e. ask for coke, get rc - ask for mtn dew and you get whatever yellow pop they have) Sucks, it needs to go pack to Pudgy's Pizza. At least that owner knew how to run a pizza place. Also, treated their employees good.
