Kassiani Restaurant Brewery & Bakery

This was a wonderful little gem in downtown Burley. I went in for lunch and left with bread and two oils and two vinegars, cuz they were so good! When you walk in they have vinegar and oils to test out and then you go and sit down for lunch. Of course you should order the bread and oil and vinegar, the friendly server will make his favorite pairings of the vinegar and oil or whatever you choose. I got the beet salad with tuna added and it was delicious, and fresh! It is a super cool, remodeled place to hang out. I would definitely recommend to anyone passing through town!

When I visited, we had a private family lunch there! (Summer 2021) They were awesome with their service, and the food was fantastic! I specifically loved their French onion soup, but there wasn’t anything I tried that wasn’t good. The cheesecake I had, was one of the best I’ve ever had! Absolutely fabulous! Would definitely recommend this place and will be back when I’m in the area!

Fantastic food; I had a Byzantine curry which was lovely and creamy. My brother had the house special panini and he was amazed by it. They apparently bake the bread fresh every day. We had the bread with an olive oil and vinegar dipping dish for an appetizer. It's definitely something that is a must-have for one's meal!

Tried to go there tonight for my Birthday Dinner. We got there at Five O Clock, the Door 🚪 was open, but nobody was there. All the lights were off, and another guy was at the door 🚪 with us, he walked the entire establishment, we yelled for someone. Even called, and it went to voicemail. Very disappointed 😞, it would have been my first time there. The other Patron was Disappointed 😞 as well. Bad for business, why would the Door 🚪 be open? So El Caporal it is for me tonight.

My wife and I ate here on a date and we thought it was a great experience. It is a little bit "higher-class" dining so the food was slightly more expensive than everything else around the area, but it was filling and it tasted great. They have an awesome selection of different infused olive oils and balsamic vinegars you can try, and they give you oil and vinegar pairings with the complimentary, made-from-scratch, artisan bread that comes with the meal. Overall, I was impressed. We will definitely be returning.
