Leonardo's Pizza

I love Leonardo’s! There combinations on there pizzas are outstanding! It’s a Burlington institution that I’ve been going to since college. I recently had a not so great customer service experience with the manager Ethan in South Burlington, however when I contacted the downtown Pearl St. location Jorden was able to remedy the situation beautifully!! She contacted me right away and showed amazing customer service! And as someone also in the industry, I know how important that is to keep your loyal customers coming back. I hope Jorden gets a raise and or promotion, because it’s much deserved! Thank you.:-)

Random little trip landed us hungry next to a pizzeria. Obviously I couldn't say no. This place excels at delivery because there's no place to really eat inside. I was a bit skeptical about eating because of how the place looks, and I found the price high ( I'm Canadian) but it was yummy and kept us fed all day.

Ordered a pizza, wings and garlic bread online without issue. Said it would be ready in 30 minutes. We arrived in 40 minutes and called to let them know we were there for pick up. There was 6 other people in line with us outside and multiple cars waiting for food. The gentleman in front of us waited an hour and 45 minutes for his food, we waited an hour and half. During this time a guy in his car requested a refund after waiting so long and had to call 4 different times to get his refund. The girl running the phones hung up on him twice. We were told on 2 different occasions that the food would be right out along with all the others waiting in line. Only after I spoke up did our food appear at the window. Pizzas were flying out but only going to delivery while everyone waited over an hour outside for their food without even an apology from the staff. My fiancé was a big fan of the pizza from there and spoke highly of it but we will never be customers again.
