Burtons Grill & Bar

Tried this place for the first time. Spent almost $50 for two wrong salads. Ordered two chopped salads and ended up with a house salad and some southwestern salad. The only thing that was correct was the mustard vinaigrette and it was good, so here’s an extra star. We were already home by the time we figured out the order was completely wrong (except one of the dressings hah.).

I've been to a Britons in New Hampshire and really enjoyed the well prepared food. The service at the New Hampshire location was very good in the restaurant was clean. My trip a couple of days ago to the Burlington location for me, it was horrible. The restaurant was clean and the service was good, but the food was extremely disappointing. I ordered the bronzed salmon with vegetables. The salmon was an extremely small portion and was dry and overcooked. It was bad enough that I should have complained, but that's not my style. It's sat on an extremely small portion of broccoli florets, and a small portion of coleslaw which I didn't particularly like. The price was way too high for the amount and quality of the food I received. Maybe it was just an off day for this location.

Farm to table and you can tell with the fresh tasting ingredients 😋 highly recommend the General Tso's cauliflower and the scallops appetizers 👍🏼 Looking forward to visiting again. Yay for being one of the few restaurants in the area actually open for lunch 👏🏼
