Domino's Pizza

Everything lack warmth. It sat in “quality check” status for 15 mins. So I can hypothesize where the heat went. Parmesan bites were okay. The chicken Alfredo was pathetic. Almost as bad as the one I had in Washington. It lacked adequate sauce to properly cook the pasta. The chicken was dry too. Just a complete disappointment for a $20 cost. Ridiculously extortion delivery cost at $5.

I was not happy with my “chicken” ranch bacon extra large pizza. I wish I had taken a picture of it but the little toppings that they had on it was pathetic especially for an extra large pizza. The chicken that was on the pizza was no bigger than a quarter and it was very sparingly put on, maybe about one or two small bites on each slice. I also wanna mention that the pizza was not cut all the way through like normally is. Pizza also was cold by the time it got to me, I can guess where that went wrong because it was in “Quality checking“ for 20 whole minutes. Delivery driver was good fortunately. He was able to find my apartment which can be really tricky for other delivery drivers.

Did an online order of three pizzas, took two hours to do my order, been waiting for long time. Seems to have forgotten to do my order and was doing others that was coming in instead of mine first which i had ordered long ago. Also, added cheese onto one of the pizza when i had done no cheese option. Had a horrible experience this visit.

Honestly they need to hire more people. The reason why it has bad rating is cause Dominos is so cheap. I did a carry out sometimes they have drivers and some time they don’t. I waited for 30 mins and nothing I went in and they forgot to make my food. Another customer came in and order and got his before me. There was only 2 people working and they were jammed packed.

Ordered from this dominos for the first time in a while, order sat in prep on the tracker for over an hour. Called and asked if the tracker was broken, she said they were just that backed up - no time frame. Waiting another 45 minutes - no status change - still in prep, delivery time was changed to be another 77 - 90 minutes additional. Called to cancel, no apology, no anything, just “your order is cancelled”. I get the world is short staffed, but this is just bad service.

I have never tried dominos before so I decided to give it a shot. With that in mind I have also never been more disappointed and angered by a food establishment in all my life as this store. I had ordered food on April 14th around 11:40 for delivery for three pizzas and a soda with a 9 dollar tip for the driver. The order was being quality checked at 12:07 by Tamara. After waiting for it to be sent out with a driver for close to an hour I called the store only to find it went straight to an automated message saying the store was closed. About two minutes later we got a text saying the order had been canceled. I happen to work for a different pizza chain as a manager and I would NEVER allow a guest to be so blatantly disrespected. The fact I wasn’t contacted prior is unbelievable. I am astonished people pay good money to be treated like garbage but I guess that is what I should come to expect. Hopefully I actually get my money back. Truly unprofessional and ruined my night. If I could give less than one stars I would. Not sure how the food tastes but i guess I never will. Pathetic.

They always have good customer service. Never had any issues but the other day I asked for crushed peppers & the employee ignored my request so I put my food in the vehicle & went back and asked & some else say nope we don't have any which they always have crushed peppers at least the 1st lady could of spared me the trip back inside
