This particular restaurant was pretty clean in the dining room, but back where they prepare food did not look too clean, there was a lot of trash it seemed on the floor. The interior of this restaurant was nicer than most McDonalds, not sure why but it had nice curtains, etc. Staff were very friendly. I ordered on line and walked in to pickup. That took a long time, but people in the drive through were served faster, that was a bit frustrating. There was literally not one other customer in the store.

Great aesthetic and they were very helpful in fixing my order. They gave me a ton of pickles, which was awesome! I love the flowers!

The afternoon /night manager (white bald guy) has outstanding customer service skills. I started my experience frustrated and honestly acting like an A Hole, because of them being under staffed but the manager was respectful and quickly turned the situation around and helped me where I left happy and satisfied with my experience. If I was him I would of yelled at me but he didn’t and I appreciate it. He is a great employee McDonald’s is lucky to have an employee like that!

Probably the nicest McDonald's I've visited, this location had a very pleasant dining room and no-contact ordering.

Poor service. At least 3 times gone thru drive in and ordered breakfast sandwich.when I opened was the wrong thing. There is no apology or anything. They just throw you the right thing. I waited 15 minutes in line for them to fix ok machine.cars piled up online. They have me mill instead and had to wait another 20 minutes for the food. No apology then again wrong sandwich. No refund or anything.

We spent 45 minutes in the drive through line to gwt a sausage mcmuffin and a hashbrown. There was no apology or explanation for the wait.

It's pretty sad to see how bad, mcdon has fallen from about 5-7 years ago! The service now just plan sucks, because they can't find enough people to take advantage of, by underpaying their #1 asset, (it's employees.) PS: Maybe you could fix your shake machine so when someone comes in on a nice day to enjoy a simple thing like a mcdon chocolate shake they don't have to waste their time!!! Ray Kroc must be teaching a "spinning class"!

Rude manager, and inconsistent dining room hours. I tried to use their automated menu, and could not use it, so I waited to give an order, but nobody would help me. I ended up going through the drive through only for them to get my order wrong.
The next day, after sitting in the drive through to not move for 20 minutes, I backed out, and when I parked, went to the door, it was locked at 6 PM, and the manager could not be bothered to answer a question. Screw this place. I would rather head up the road to Carl's Jr, or Burger King. I will never step foot in there again
