Casey's

Got a pizza from them and I have always loved their pizzas. This was the worst pizza I ever had. It was a bacon breakfast pizza and it was barely any bacon on it and the crust was deformed. It looks like they didn't let the dough rise or something. Just look at the rough edges of the pizza. I won't get one from this location ever again.

I called to order potato cheese bites and was told 25 minutes. I worked at casey's for 2 years, they only take 6 to make. But I waited patiently and went in the store 25 minutes later. I waited around for almost 5 minutes before someone in the kitchen acknowledged me. They told me no one had called to order anything . I was upset because I doubled checked I had the right number. Told me it would be a 7 minute wait. I was on lunch and had no time to wait so I just decided to grab a slice of pizza. There were no labels on any slices and no time stamps on the bottom like they are supposed to have. I asked the lady back in the kitchen if the top shelf was cheese and she said yes. I sat down in my car, took a bite and noticed it was actually ham. I'm a vegetarian. I called and all they could say was oh, we have a new guy today. Sorry. I'll pass on this place

This is the worst Casey's I've ever been to. It is constantly out of items like water, monster and xyience. If it happened occasionally I'd understand but it happens weekly. And they don't restock until days later. Last week I went there 2 days in a row and waited a day to go again and they were out of waters and almost every monster. Today I went in and once again out of nearly all monster varieties, out of all but 2 water bottles and were serving regular pizza and not breakfast pizza at 9am. Much better places to go and Casey's to go. I'll try to avoid this place in the future.

I would give zero stars if possible! I stopped in this morning around 9 to grab some breakfast for me and my girlfriend- and my pizza was cold, my crossants were not fresh, and my hash browns were like cardboard trying to bite into! So of corse, i called. hoping someone would fix my order, and the worker ( deb michelle, i believe her name was) got an attitude with me and told me to "stop targeting her store". let me mind you this is the first time ive ever called. then said to call back tomorrow when a manager is there. then about an hour later she calls herself to say i can come back in and they would make it right. so i take my time to get back out in this cold weather and to be told RUDELY to come back tomoreow. i will never be returning to this store! terrible service, cold food, and rude workers is not my idea of a caseys. from now on caseys on west ave has lost my business! very disappointed.
