Ummm Ice Cream Parlor

Disappointing. Ordered 2 scoops of Oreo for my wife and 2 scoops of Oreo with 2 more of Cookie Dough for myself. Ended up being given 2 cups with what appeared to be an equal amount of melted Oreo. Was assured it was correct. Got home and it was all Oreo in one and Vanilla in the other. Not what I'd expect for $10 worth of ice cream.

Ummm's has lost it's MoJo Stopped in last night with my wife and 3 Grandchildren. We ordered 3 cups of cookie dough a cup of Banana something and a cup of plain vanilla. The cookie dough had NO cookie dough and flavor was almost non existent, the Banana had chunks of ice in it and no banana and the vanilla was bland also. I grew up in Burlington, I remember when this place opened and it was the best home made icecream in the area. Not anymore ! I know times are tough but if you put out a good product people will pay time and time again, but if you keep putting out subpar product you will eventually run out of customers. Oh the staff was awesome by the way.

Very disappointed. The waffle cones were thick and burnt totally inedible. The mint chocolate chip ice cream was missing the mint flavor. 7 bucks for tasteless ice cream and terrible cone. The girl handling cones and scoops didn’t even wear gloves. I hope it is just a beginning season getting into the swing of things.”

This ice cream place is just expensive for nothing. We ordered ice cream sundae and spilt banana boat. Very casual taste nothing special in the flavors. I give Brayers ice cream more stars then this place. Would not go back! Please check the reviews from other customers. I am not the only person complaining. By the way I asked for strawberry ice cream with strawberry syrup as “topping”. Instead I got vanilla ice cream with strawberries on top. I respect and support small owned businesses. But now if you’re ice cream is not what it used to be or if the customer service is not 100%. Would it be fare to give feedback so your business could improve and do better?.. Should a customer not leave an honest feedback nor suggest anything?

I ordered a 2 scoop sundae with Oreo ice cream and birthday cake ice cream which are both vanilla based and my sundae came out with chocolate ice cream flavors. For what you pay for a small sundae, I would have rather gone to any other ice cream shop to get what I ordered. Will probably not go back.
