Pine Street Cafe

We had an amazing waitress! Being in the industry I was impressed by how quick she was able to get exactly what we wanted. I ordered a Monte Cristo with regular bread. It came with the French Toast. My niece urged me to try it before I did & yummmmmm is all I can say. Great service Angie & great cooks!

Went there and was seated by the owner. He was nice, but had the girl who usually runs the desk for a waitress and she never came back to ask how things were or for refills. I had to get up and ask for more coffee and was told by the other waitress that she would be there soon and that she was busy do checks. Even when she's at the desk, it's like she doesn't want to seat you. Food was good, POOR SERVICE.

A slice of Small-town Americana is such a nice and refreshing alternative from the mid century minimalist aesthetic we are all so used to. Our server was Angie and she was a delight. A pro in banter and she made us feel very at home. I got myself a “divorced eggs Benedict,” which was phenomenal, and my old lady got the chicken tendies, which were 100% amazing. The star of the show was the chicken and dumpling soup! So good, so hearty, and I wish it was snowing outside because this is the best thing for that. The booths, the people, and the dishes were amazing and I hope to be back one day!

i really do apologize for this comment but its true. Pine st. cafe was a good diner to go to, but recently the service has been horrilble. No respect from employees for some customers and especially military veterans that go there especially when its memorial day weekend. A person has to wait 15 to 20 minutes for a refill on a cup of coffee 2 or 3 times different times while your there. again my sincere apologies.

We're from out of town and were looking for a place to eat near the Hampton Inn. Unfortunately, it was not the best experience. I ordered Mom's Meatloaf and my husband ordered the Beef Tips dinner. Our side salads were lackluster - some of the lettuce was browned and the tomato was squishy and felt rotted. Both our dishes looked like microwave dinners, not homemade and they lacked any seasoning. The constant beeping of the microwave was concerning. A chefs main cooking appliance should not be a microwave, in my opinion. We ended up leaving without eating. Giving 2 stars because the service was good and they listened to our complaints. Also, the table next to us ordered breakfast and it looked fresh and delicious.

Used to love coming here for Sunday breakfast until we were asked not to come back after my food was brought to us over cooked. They have raised there prices which we didn’t mind, but when you get your food over cooked and just want it made right, you get told to finish your food and never come back. I will be telling everyone that I can, not to come here anymore.
