Culver's

Dine in food came in a carry out bag as they nay have over look that my order was dine in, cold fries & workers walk about obviously showing they would rather be out doing something else. No one table was wiped after use, until a customer ask to get a table cleaned: dine in people had to hunt down a clean one Not one smile Carry out is a better service option

Very slow not very friendly help ! The manager needs to start hiring people not Children. The help.doesnt seem like they wanna be here. Hire friendly happy people not these moppy people. Fire the whole crew and start over. Chic filet doesn't seem to have any issues hiring great help and friendly. Never will return to this culvers ever

Lobby is always closed . And they say it due to not having enough staff. Quit hiring children and hire elderly people who are friendly. The on duty children who claim managers are usually very overwhelmed by making burgers lol. They need to revamp the staff at this location. Don't hang a sign on it with your hours if you can't meet what the sign says. I only go to Mukwonago location now or lake geneva. Burlington Culver's is the worst !!!

So gross my friend and I went for lunch before my doctor apt she was eating her fish sand combo pulled out a piece of hait barely ate my salad due to apt came home just ate some n had a long piece of hair in my food we both have short hair gross do u not wear hairnets never eating there again!! Loved Culvers til today I mean we both had hair in our food?? Nasty!! Call health control on them get your short staffed now short customers gross never again will i eat there after this one!!went

When going through the drive thru you are usually presented with a number and asked to park. I was asked to park and did not realize until I parked that I was not provided a number. There was an older guy delivering food. He came to my car 3 times and asked for my number. Each time I explained I was not given a number, explained my simple order and encouraged him to check the receipt on the bag. These 3 times he sighed, shook his head and walked away. The 4th time he came to my car he again asked for my number which I again explained I was not given one and asked him to check the receipt on the the bag as I had been sitting for over 12 minutes and he had been to my car 3 times previously. He took the receipt off the bad, tossed it at me and said “make it quick.” UMMM EXCUSE ME??? I do not appreciate having something, even a piece of paper, tossed at me or being spoken to so disrespectfully. I did call and speak with management who indicated they have had multiple reports about this same person and the boss doesn’t do anything. Thankfully Culver’s is not a priority for a meal option.
