Pizza Hut

We ordered from this location a couple months ago, they said the pizza would be here within the hour, when it was not here we called in which they told us it was out for delivery. 30 minutes later no pizza, we called they said they will cancel our order since the driver had a family emergency….. but if we had not called would we have had our order canceled, doubtful. Stupidly we ordered again last night, surprisingly our pizza came on time but my pizza looked undercooked but when I took a bite it seemed to be fine. WELL today my husband and I are both sick to our stomach, our son who refused to eat the pizza is perfectly healthy. Coincidence, I think not. We will NEVER order here again.

I keep making the same mistake of trusting this place. Tonight for the 3rd time of the last 5 times ordering, my order got made and not delivered because something happened to the driver. The other two times my order was delivered 30 mins later than estimated time. Today, I went to the store to pick up my order instead of canceling, and my pizza wasn't fully cooked, there was raw dough in the middle of the pizza. Will not be ordering from this location again.

Pizza tasted ok but was slopply put together. Some cut pieces did not have any pepperoni or mushrooms on them. One piece had a bunch of mushrooms dumped on it. When I am paying a premium price I expect the pizza to at least look like the pictures representing it. A bit more attention to detail would bring me back, but lack there of makes me search else where for my next pizza.

PSA Dont go to the Burlington Pizza Hut if you expect good service. I ordered the marinara pasta and she brought me a chicken alfredo pasta and told me they "accidentally made the wrong pasta but it will be right out." My boyfriend ordered a pepperoni pizza, but apparently he was supposed to specify that he wanted classic pizza sauce because he got a pizza with some white sauce on it. He also ordered a garlic sauce cup and when he asked for it she brought out 3 cups of marinara sauce.

2 weeks ago I ordered pick up in store ready at 6:20. I got there and they said it would be 5 minutes. 15 goes by and a guy tried giving me only half of my order. I said so I'm being charged $27 for 1 pizza and soda? He said yes I said no I also ordered a box. Mind you they forgot to make it. 45 minutes and the rest of my order still wasn't ready and the girl in front didn't know how long it would be. They weren't working as a team and they were/ are VERY SLOPPY! I couldn't wait any longer so I asked for a refund and left. That was back on 9/17 and I'm still waiting for my refund. This place was once good. They need better employees like the ones they had.
