Taco Bell

I notice one lady who was I presume an assistant manager or shift manager or a lead of some sort. She handled multiple tasks and before she touched food she at very least put on rubber gloves that and before that washing their hands would be best. People in the food industry should do that every time definitely after handling money.

When I ask for meat rice and cheese on my burritos that's what I expect to get. What the heck am I supposed to do with a cheese and rice burrito. I used to enjoy the food and service from the Burlington taco bell but I can guarantee you I will not go there again. Poor service. Quality of food had gone down substantially and the amounts they put in the shells is a fricken joke.

I feel like 3 stars is generous, but I give the extra star the the employees who are genuinely nice. Half the time the order is either wrong / missing something, or really lacking and barely anything added. Other halfof the time it's correct and great! Today I had to go back twice - first time they forgot an item, second time was after I got home and realized they put sauce on all my items (5 items) when I requested no sauce. This location is really hit or miss. I'll be happy when we stop going to this one or when management trains the employees who don't care better (like ones on weekends). Phone was never answered either when trying to call.

Went to the drive thru at 9:30am. The website and door hours say they open at 9am. There were cars in the parking lot, assuming they are employees cause the lobby is closed. Lights were on but the ignored me at the drive thru window. No hello, nothing. They could have gave a reasoning to why they aren’t taking orders and I would have understood. but not a thing. There were 2 cars behind me that they did this to as well. Get better customer service.

3rd visit and mistakes every visit. Charged separately instead of combos $6.78 in over charges, ask for hard shell get soft, ask for s.cream get charged an don't receive, ask for regular Pepsi get diet. Manger on duty was rude, wouldn't let me speak, talked over me and then hung up and ignored complaints, and I shouldn't be surprised with the incompetence & condescending attitude of her staff....Go to taco moms in Burlington.

It was 90 degrees outside that day we were there . We were there about 1.30 . We decided to dine in . Wat a mistake it was . There was no air-conditioning on . Me and my wife had Sweat dripping off of us. We will never go back to the one in Burlington in a hot summer day. That's why I gave them a 3 star .
