Arby's

When I called to tell them my sandwich was not made correctly and they left out part of the order. I was told come on back and it would be replaced. When I explained I was disabled and couldn't drive, a neighbor had brought me as a favor. The manager had the audacity to tell me that I shouldn't have been out then, I shouldn't have come in the first place. I know this is uncalled for and against the ADA but I let it slide as usual. Just no more Arby's!

When I pulled up to the drive thru, I was 4 cars back. I arrived at 6:07pm and pulled up to the speaker at 6:20pm. The lady asked me to look at the menu and said she'd be with me shortly. After waiting almost 10 mins, I said HELLO. Her response was, I'll be with you in a minute. I'm a 1 person crew. Another 5 mins go by and she says....Go Ahead. Not, I'm sorry for your wait or thanks for waiting. I get Go Ahead. Now...I get businesses are under staffed however, DO NOT take it out on the people keeping you in business. Had she told me in the beginning that she was the only one there, there would have been no issue. But, offer an explanation instead of assuming a customer will wait patiently for 15 minutes. And, when I finally made it to the window, she wasn't the only one there. I heard a gentleman speaking in the background.

How is it I order a "2 for 6" special and only rec 1 of the items?? I only ordered the 2 for 6 classic roast beef, 2 jalapeno roast beef sliders, and jalapeno poppers. Poppers were still frozen in the middle, literally a ice cube in the center, missing a sandwich, and the sliders tasted like the buns sat out of their bag for a month...rock hard. Come on arbys, the job isn't that hard. Get it together. I won't be vis Burlington arbys again unless I receive a follow up from ownership or mgmt.

Wonderful. I saw a female manager fixing a sign that said Need Help and I told her it was a shame that people don't want to work. I am 71 years old and on disability and would live to be able to work. My Grandson whom is 15 years old asked the manager how old you have to be to work there. He told her that if they sell their house in Ohio that when they move to Burlington, Ky he would come work for her!! Very nice employees there where I live in Burlington.
