Canyon Creek

My husband and I went to Canyon Creek tonight for dinner. The restaurant was very busy but we were seated right away. It took the waitress quite a bit of time to come and take our order or drinks. That being said the waitress was very kind. I had order the prime rib for myself but ask for it to be gluten-free my meal ended up still coming with the onion rings which I could not eat. My husband's meal was supposed to come with the Rosemary fries but instead it came with regular fries . The food took a long time for it to come. I had ordered an iced tea it didn't taste the greatest I probably should have asked for another one. We had come to the restaurant about a year or so before and we were really impressed that we were excited to come back. I don't know for sure if we'll go back again we might give it another try but wasn't super impressed with the service or the food that night. (that being said the prime rib, burger and waitress were 👍)

This has become the Princess ' birthday spot. Not only did they reserve a booth for her 7th birthday but the server wished her a happy birthday right upon seating us. The food was great ,as always. Today I tried the shrimp ravioli. OMG. Just try it and wear loose clothing or have a wheel barrel close by. Thank you Canyon Creek for making her day special.

This place is amazing. Easily my favourite chain restaurant now. Been to two different locations and both times they’ve been great. Their menu is very varied and has something for everyone, prices are also very accommodating. It is slightly more expensive then a Jack Astor’s or Kelsey’s but easily worth it. The food is delicious as well; they bring out complementary bread with absolutely mouth watering butter (it’s honey mixed in with the butter). For an appetizer we got the Canyon dip which is virtually a spinach dip but it also comes with salsa for your tortillas chips. For our entrees I got the 10 oz top sirloin and my girlfriend got the Chicken Penne pasta. Both times they’ve been amazing and we’re absolutely stuffed after. I highly recommend this place.

Canyon Creek is our favourite steakhouse, and our annual tradition is to go for date night after Christmas. The service is always very good, attentive, and friendly. The food is always cooked to perfection and served hot with great presentation. The prime rib is the best melts in your mouth. The chipotle sirloin is amazing.
