Runs out of stuff often, twice I could not get a salted caramel cream cold brew, once they ran out of honey syrup for honey oat latte, and i've watched them make mistakes and then throw out the half made drinks :( staff are friendly. Not sure if location is slow because it's small and busy or if the staff are just a little slow.

Most staff are friendly, but the one looks like a supervisor or something is pretty annoying. She always made me uncomfortable.

Always closed when I needed it the most. The only time I've managed to catch it when it's open is always when I'm getting off work and heading home to get some sleep. As a result this Starbucks is never there for me. I have only one question for the owner/manager of this location. Why is this Starbucks operating hour so short when it's right next to a 24 hour casino? couldn't this location stay open till 10pm or 12pm at least?

Perfect quiet location. Lots of seats and free internet of course. Good friendly staff. I actually got some work done. Not so many distractions. In a hot day, in a spacious air conditioned Hotel lobby. Perfect

Pros: Convenient location with nice sofas to lounge on.
Cons: It's a franchise Starbucks so you can't just "scan" and can't collect points with promotions.
Bottom Line: Starbucks inside the casino and hotel. So it's a nice environment to do some reading or relaxing.

My favorite place to pickup morning coffee. The staff is super friendly and the whole experience is just a pleasure.
