Nao Sushi

I have to be brutally honest. This place is quite pricey for what one gets. Value isn't good. It's not a big place nor are the food in particular very special. But their prices are on average 25% higher than other similarly designed and run Japanese places with less quantity of food. Near it is Sushi Garden and Hi Genki, and this place has the balls to price themselves higher but food wise, no better than the other two places. I won't be returning.

Thanks a lot for providing the venue to host my wedding ceremony, it will be an unforgettable memory to me for sure. Staffs are super friendly and helpful, specially thanks to the manager Hank. Being very patient and attentive while explaining and drafting up the menus for the ceremony, not even mention the food is fresh and tasty. Strongly recommended!

This restaurant had a photo menu, so it was good to check the food. Basic sushi roll is one of the cheaper ones. washroom- clean/ man-woman seperate Parking-roadside payparking available. Taste was not bad. Here is cost-effective restaurant. Server was not kind at all. There was no food cecking, and I waited a very long time after finishing the food. Empty plates have been in front of me for a long time and they didn't care about customers at all.

I have been to this establishment since it was Sushi house so I’ve been a frequent customer for many years. Recently I noticed the quality wasn’t what it use to be and the menu has changed. Tonight we decided to dine in and when the rounds of sushi came I saw a huge difference in the rolls. Not only were they sloppy, the dynamite roll end piece has no fillings and just all rice and even had hot sauce on it. All the rolls had a lot of rice on them. My husband ordered a dinner box and deep fried squid. We waited over 25 minutes and finished everything and he didn’t get his order. We asked the waitress and she kept saying it was coming and they were extremely busy with take out orders. The box came another 15 minutes later but by this time we knew this isn’t what it use to be. Sadly the service isn’t what we were use to before when the original Japanese owners were there. They would always greet us with smiles and friendly chatter. This will be our last time at Nao and will stop referring people here.
