One of the best North Indian restaurants for sure. Food is very legitimate. Great customer service, unlimited parking and nice ambiance.

So good! I finally made it up to this location in the North and it was worth every kilometre and dollar. Absolutely delicious! Tried the sweet and sour eggplant dish and the okra dish on recommendation of the host, and they did not disappoint. Both dishes were so rich and full of flavour. And my go to dish Kadai paneer was also 👍 Honestly I can’t fault my meal. Portions were excellent, prices very fair, and service was friendly and helpful. Thank you! I’ll definitely be ordering again. 😊

The minced eggplant dish was delicious. The mango chicken was nice but much more subtle than we hoped for. The tandoori fit the bill. Staff were very helpful and accommodating around dietary restrictions. Portions where reasonable (per expectations) for the price.

Fantastic! Got the seafood curry mix and veggie pakora. The pakora was absolutely top notch! I will definitely be back for that little combo. Love that they actually use nice big shrimp as well. For the price there was a lot of value. We will certainly return!

Ordered the lamb vindaloo, lamb biryani, veg samosas, butter and garlic nan. You guys hit it out of the park, awesome food, great experience all at a fair price. I'll definitely be back. Would love to see you guys introduce a few more meats though, goat and beef specifically!

JP’s used to be our go to for indian staples but our last experience was anything but memorable. We ordered thru doordash (guilty yes) but never would have imagined what we went through. First, we didn’t get what we ordered as the restaurant ran out of the “baingan bharta”. We accepted the sweet and sour eggplant which was the recommended replacement: The two dishes are worlds apart, and our problems are just getting started. The Butter Paneer: a dish we have frequently ordered and devoured, had two, yes two pieces of paneer, rest was just the butter sauce. Dude, where’s my paneer. Just call it “tangy creamy butter sauce” if you ran out of Paneer. The worst, was yet to come. The daal makhani was a freaking minefield full of raw ginger. I get it, Indian curries are at times topped with juliennes of raw ginger. What we got was not juliennes, we got chunks of raw ginger with every second bite. To the point where our palettes went numb. Only saving grace was the naans that we literally downed with some cheese. Experience to remember, yes, fondly? I doubt.

Ate supper here today to participate in our community school's fund raising to build a playground. I have always wanted to try this place and I'm glad this opportunity came today for the reason above! The place looks nice and clean. Very cozy and lovely ambiance. I loved the comics framed on the walls going to the washroom and the art work in the washroom too. Our server was friendly and gave good recommendations. The food was delicious. We had veggie samosa, JPs buttered chicken, lamb biryani, and garlic naan! They we're all delicious and flavorful. I also ordered lassi which I haven't had for a long time and it was perfect. The only thing is, I found it a bit pricey. Also, I like how they used paper bag for pickup and take out orders. But I wondered why they gave us a plastic bag for our leftovers box instead of a paper bag. I wish they eliminate the use of plastic straws too and switch to paper boxes for take out instead of styrofoams. I'll come back here again for a special occasion or when I have a great craving for Indian food! I'm glad it's in our neighbourhood!

Came here on a quiet evening. There was only one or two other tables of people in the restaurant but tons of takeout orders. The restaurant is nice, but I found the blue benches against the wall to be a bit uncomfortable to sit on. You also have to lean forward awkwardly to be able to eat your food. The food was good. Portion sizes were perfect and it was delicious. I also really liked the naan as it's not overly oily and personally I prefer it over most of the naan at other restaurants in the city. Overall, pretty good!
