Although a much smaller location than the one in East village, you still get the good service and same quality baked goods as you would. There is a slightly smaller variety here - given the smaller space. Ordered the vegan spice cookie and bread pudding here to go. There isn't a sitting spot (especially during covid times). Everything is reasonably priced ($3-7) and fresh (not stale). Worth a visit to this spot which is also located within a small market.

Yum!!! The sticky buns are so tasty. The almond croissants are divine; they're almost like a Danish with the amount of filling they contain. The Sourdough loaves are worth every penny...

@sidewalkcitizen offers delicious organic baked goods. The ham and Monterey Jack mixed well with the extra crunch from the pickles. Of course I always appreciate the little bit of arugula mixed with mustard dressing. The sourdough was super aromatic as well. The Sunnyside location is a little quieter if you are trying to avoid the crowd at Simmons.

Best pastries we had in Canada so far. We tried cheese stick, savoury tart and bread pudding and all were delicious

My favourite sourdough bread in all of Calgary. The starter is years old and creates a bread with thick crunchy crust and fluffy dough in the centre (that they also use in store to make their daily meat and vegetarian pizza). This is also a great place to pick up your local, organic, and other specialized foods.

Just a magnificent soup of lovely fresh chicken, veggies and aromatic spices. Wonderful.

Blonde haired baker and brown curly haired baker and extremely rude. Didn’t even tell me when the pizza was waiting on the counter and they saw me waiting. When I said hi they looked away and didn’t say hi back. Awful customer service.
