Oriental Phoenix Restaurant

AMAZING. Arrived on a busy Thursday lunch, we were greeted immediately, my dad asked for a "Fun" table and we were seated next to the window with a great view of the restaurant. I was so impressed with the service, food, ambiance, etc. This is one well oiled machine. They really know what they are doing here. I had #30 the spicy beef satay soup with rice noodles, comes with a side of bean sprouts. Did I mention the service was great?? it is the little things, like confirming my spice tolerance, and bringing tea in less than a minute after I ordered it, even though the place was full and rocking!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

First time visit to Oriental Phoenix. Love Pho myself and always ready for a Classic Tradition Beef Noodles 🍜 Soup. Oriental Phoenix is definitely a high class downtown Vitaminese Noodles 🍜 Soup Restaurant. Very quiet and good for corporate people to have a nice lunch and talk about business. I ordered the Classic Beef Noodles 🍜 Soup, it came in HOT 🔥 and with Great presentation. The soup base is very tasty but not salty, I drank it all and not feel thirsty at all. Enjoyed the noodles soup a lot, and the quiet 🤫 alone time. Will definitely come back!!

We ordered take out from here for lunch. Set meals usually come with a side of fish sauce at no charge. This restaurant decided to charge us extra. I mean you might as well rob a blind man poor. Food quality here is much lower than average and not worth commenting. I would recommend this owner step it up if he wants to build a customer fan base. Severely disappointed with the actions and response from this restaurant. Instead of the owner offering a small refund they said go ahead and write a review so here it is.... stay away.
