George's Pizza

Got a large pizza for me and 2 friends, pizza was very good, and very hot. We ate in the pizza shop. My friend was a little drunk. Was taking care of them, and they fell onto the floor in the pizza shop. Want to thank whoever came out and was super cool, and okay with my drunk friend. My apologies and thankyou for the great service!

Several technical issues on both my end and theirs resulted in a failed delivery. I’ve been ordering from them regularly for more than 10 years without a single issue but somehow things went sideways today. Anyways, they made it right - more than they needed to. Thanks. Pizza was great, as always.

We had a private event at the restaurant, and the owner went above and beyond. I am a vegetarian and she made quite a delicious lasagna with olives and spinach. Not only did I get a lasagna, but she made me garlic bread as well! Excellent customer awareness and just great positive attitude from everyone in there!!! I will be returning to get that lasagna again!

This is hands down the best pizza in Calgary. It is the kind of place that I take any new visitor to our city to, so they can experience what a real pie tastes like. All the pizzas are good, but I will always judge an establishment by the ability to do the basics better than anyone, and Inglwood Pizza NAILS the simple slice of pepperoni better than any other establishment in not only the city, but as far as the province I would say. The sauce is seasoned to perfection, the crust is somehow the right combination of thick and doughy and yet crisp to bite into. Generous portions of cheese, and toppings, without feeling overloaded. I hesitate posting this because selfishly I want to keep this gem to myself so that there is never a line, and a hot slice ready for me any time I pop in, but they are just too good to keep secret. Do yourself a favor, grab a slice and then walk the 2 blocks north to the river, grab a bench with a good view, and enjoy your little slice of heaven.
