Tim Hortons

Very clean and spacious restaurant within the heart of Seton South East Calgary. Atmosphere here is really calm and lots of window view of the area. Meal is affordable and I was surprised to get breakfast meal even around 2pm. Free Parking available right Infront of the store. There are other nearby corner shops and big brand stores including banks. However the store employee couldn't give an ordinary cup of water when requested.

This location has its ups and downs. The atmosphere and decor are good, it is a good looking Tim's on the inside compared to older locations and that is a perk for being in a developing community. There is no drive-thru, so everyone who uses this location HAS to go in. This fits the trend in the surrounding areas like McDonalds, however, the parking lot here is WAY too small for the amount of traffic this causes. It has become customary for me to park at the Petland parking lot and walk across the shared road to go in. The parking stalls are also tight and if you drive anything that has a wide turning circle, you will not have a good time. The quality of food is decent, HOWEVER, the staff here have a bad habit of not actually fulfilling mobile pickup orders correctly with certain coffees. If you are doing any of the cold brew coffees, order at the register. They have a bad habit of using iced coffee instead on mobile orders. Do it in person so that way they don't rip you off. Wait times are on the longer side, once again due to the lack of drive-thru, and the additional mobile orders coming in. They are well staffed in my opinion but we all want Tim's and all at the same time haha. Has been clean and have found seating every time I've gone and decided to linger.

This place is mostly clean but sometimes it takes them a bit to take care of some spillage but the store is big and so even there are lots of people lining up you’ll never feel cramped into a tiny space. They usually have everything in stock and available so you’ll never get disappointed when you visit this store. If this store has a drive-thru it would be perfect for me but I have seen more and more Tim Hortons stores that don’t have drive-thru so it’s not a knock on this one.

Like any other Timmies, is hard to find anything wrong with them, and I love the location of this one. Service is quick even though it is always packed. For those of us who like to bike there, they have bike racks outside and for those who drive, lots of parking. The place it self is clean, neat and spacious. Will keep coming back to this one.
