Ive gone to this Jack in the Box like 5 times already during my 30 minute lunch. Drive thru line is always long and never seems to move so I see that theres no one in the diner so figured I’ll go in for faster service. Every single time I’ve gone not one person out of the 6 or 7 in there has once acknowledged me or told me We’ll be right with you, NOT ONCE! They’re priority seems to be Drive thru, they look right at me and continue doing what they’re doing and sometimes not even doing anything! I swear I don’t mean to sound like a Karen but seriously this is the worse Customer Service ever and will NEVER go again. Can’t rate the food quality cause I’ve actually never been helped. This was today 5-5-2022 at 7:45pm.

I love how well they lettuce wrap any burger for you!! Also like the variety of soda drinks available, one of my favorites is the Diet Dr Pepper Strawberry.
When I'm on the go and haven't eaten or need to get something quick, this is always a doable option for sure :-)

Ordered A sausage breakfast burrito combo, the burrito only had a bit of potato and eggs in it place is pretty clean overall and the service is quick. They could improve on making sure the syrup box for the cola machine was thrown away after using it. and including sausages in my burrito lol!

Drive through didn't sense my vehicle so had to back up :) went inside just to wait 10 mins for a single item. Place may be ok at lunch but don't go after 7pm.

Waited 15 minutes in drive through line just to be told they only accept cash. Half my lunch time wasted.

Typical drive thru fast food. Service can be a bit slow, even with no wait. Staff is very polite. They're always out of the "limited time" items (chocolate croissants, churros, Brunchfast, triple bacon burger).
Owner reached out to me for feedback, so I changed from 2 Stars to 4 stars. Thank you for making the effort!

Rude Rude went to the drive-thru they said they didn't have any sodas no flavored soda so it was very ridiculous I was angry and drove out of there with no food

The restaurant in Oxnard has very poor service and the food was not hot. The restaurant in Camarillo is much, much better
