Godiva Chocolatier

Just came back from here. I have never been to a Godiva shop and I have to say that it was awesome!! The girl who helped me, I wish I had gotten her name, was amazing!! She put together two special boxes for me. Was very knowledgeable on the products. They had very few pre made boxes because they are going out of business. But when I told her which boxes I was looking for she created both for me. Didn't try to oversell me on anything. Just a really pleasant experience. Good luck to all of you!! Blessings!!

I cannot recommend the store to anyone. We gladly forked over nearly $400 for wedding favors in February for an April wedding. The store closed due to COVID-19, Which is totally understandable. Our problem however is that they may have made no attempt to contact us or get us our chocolate that we pre-paid for. The store will not return any inquiries of ours to find out how we can get our favors. This was eight months ago. No refund and no chocolate. Would not recommend the store

Came in to get some chocolates & as usual with so many great choices we took a few minutes to narrow it down, the guy on duty tonight was impatient not very helpful. When we told him we were ready, he said “o.k” then went to the back, came back & started to help the customers behind us...did not even say anything...needless to say we left & went to Rocky Mountain Chocolate instead.
