Disgusting food and disgusting restaurant
Would not recommend, don’t get me started on those birds that roam around their kitchen and utensils and on the tables. Yuck!

Really grossed out by this. It was an uber order but the food was sealed so this hair in the picture was sealed in with the food, not a delivery driver issue.Could not get in contact with the store whatsoever

The owners of this franchise should probably start caring about the place before a customer gets sick or something. The floors inside is slippery AF, there are birds inside the kitchen and also the dining area (inside) roaming around the place. You can see the birds poo inside the restaurant. Used to be good. Food is just blah.

The food is fine, but this is the second time I have to wait so long for the food, I may aswell have cooked it at home.
I get that you can't be as fast as other food joints, but I had to wait 25 minutes for a standard order tonight...
the time before that, it was worse still.

The food is generally great, although wait times can be pretty long.
If you order on the app they just don't call out the order number when it's ready, they just add it to the bags already on the counter and you have to ask if that's yours (even if they know you're waiting). Very frustrating! First time I ordered through the app I waited while my food was going cold on the counter for 15 minutes.

I am addicted to GYG the food is amazing! My personal favourite is the mini burrito bowl. Ooo and a great personal tip: buy the corn chips and then ask for them to add the Chipotle seasoning Yummm! However there customer service isn't the best depending on who's serving you and Double check your order after receiving as they 30% of the time get my order wrong.
