Bad customer service and the guy doesn't mix things properly
I also can not stand the container as the styrofoam lid never can get off without it breaking
Yesterday I had styrofoam bits in my ice cream

The staff member wasn't very courteous when I placed my order. He seemed to misinterpret what I ordered and was quite unwilling to "keep the customer happy" when I told him what I wanted.
Don't go here, the service isn't that great.
Plus the seating is torn and patched up with duct tape. Plus it smells like off milk.
Very average.

Firstly I'd just like to ask, who's brilliant idea was it to have only 1 staff member working on a Thursday evening?
After waiting 20min to be served, I was rudely seen to by the staff, who had an inability to either hear or listen to the customer. I had to repeat myself constantly and was finally annoyed to the point I just walked out.
What a waste of time going to Cold Rock Campbelltown!
