Kingston Hotel

Only just discovered this place but it has been around very long time. Known to everyone as the Kingo it's a very solid pub establishment a great informal place to catch up in a low stress environment. Does all the usual well. Obviously going to end up there again at some time on my next visit to Canberra.

Pretty good spot in the heart of Canberra. I tasted the half rack of ribs, which was quite generous, and included cabbage slaw and potato wedges with sour cream. I had the hot and spicy BBQ sauce option which to be honest I wouldn't have again, I think the plain BBQ would be a better idea. Still it was a tasty meal, and I was impressed at how I could order from the beer garden via my phone and they bought drinks and meals right to the table. I'd be happy to eat here again. Kids meal options were pretty good too, the kids enjoyed schnitzel and fish and chips.
