Atrium Restaurant And Bar

You had me at the Vespa Martini (my fave). To quote Arnie...I'll (we'll) be back. Great service, cocktails & food. What more could you ask for. The staff were on point with their service from our initial booking and thereafter. Our waiter (Gordon) was attentive, interactive and clearly loves his job. Being a Martini lover, in my eyes, any bar that serves Martini's puts themselves up for scrutiny, because they are easy to mess up. More tellingly, this is the first bar outside of Europe I have visited that lists the Vespa on their cocktail menu, so to me, that was a test, I had to mark. Atrium's Vespa didn't disappoint 8/10 (serving size lost you a few points). The food was great. Nice balance of flavours with a definite taste signature served in manageable portion sizes. Fresh ingredients, a lot of which are made in- house, so there is a real artisan edge to the meals. A great experience that has us happy to come back for more.

Old, tired, under staffed, minimal selection for buffet breakfast. Was looking forward to it because the indoor garden area( this was lovely and definitely has potential) and the reviews read well but I would be embarrassed to take anyone there. Asked to have gas heaters turned on and was rudely told by staff “if the heater isn’t on then there is no gas left in the tank.” Save your money for else where.

The restaurant is surrounded by a lush garden of tropical plants which makes it a very relaxing and calm atmosphere. The food was very well presented and tasted very nice. The steak one of us ordered was cooked exactly as requested. There's a good selection of drinks and plenty of wines by the glass. Overall a very good experience.

One of the better hotel restaurant meals I’ve had. Not a thing wrong with the food 👍🏼. The squid was excellent, not too greasy with a great tartare sauce. The cheeseburger was very tasty and just juicy enough, could have had a fraction more heat in the chilly jam, but being fussy. Even the fries were spot on. Staff were attentive but not over crowding. All around, very well done! Hope you look after these staff!
