Soul Origin

Initial ordering was a bit of a process just because my wife wanted something different. Took quite a while to receive the order and a bacon and egg roll I had ordered was stone cold. Price was ok but i wasted half my money when I threw the cold bacon and egg roll away. Seems to be popular for coffee so maybe if I do go back there again, I'll try a hot coffee to see why the locals seem to rate it so highly.

I went to get some coffee this afternoon and there is the new guy that I never seen before I got served by him, I asked him nicely to get my order but his attitude is so poor, he barely say a word he just used his fingers to pointing at things and when I say thank you he just ignoring me and pretend looking to something else! I speak clear and loud because I want to know his reaction but just arrogance attitude I got. You guys can hire people better than that, at least someone can speak to get the order clearly and know how to treat a customer! Disappointed!

Check the machine before you swipe your card. I ordered a panini yesterday - no prices marked on the display and the server presented the machine to me in a way that was hard to see the price, as soon as I swiped and she moved the machine I could see the price was $24. I asked what the price was and she said $13.50 (rip off anyway) and I said she just charged me $24!!!! She didn't bat an eye and took cash out of the drawer to return to me. Obviously not the first time that has been done. Double check the machine and don't trust them. How many times have they tried and succeeded to get away with that little trick? I won't be back.

I went to soul origin today and bought a falafel wrap. First of all it was $10, so expensive. The wrap I got was disgusting. It had dry falafel with no sauce, one piece of cucumber and two tiny little pieces of onion. Small amount of lettuce and tomato and was overall average. I didn’t even finish it, because it was so bad.
