Thai Spice

When we went to the restaurant there was only 1 table with customers so it wasn’t busy at all. The lady who served us had no idea about the dishes. We waited so long to get our food all we could hear was the noise and giggles from the kitchen. They rushed the dessert right after they served mains, we eat quickly cause the ice cream was melting. This was disappointing. The tom yum soup was okay, the main meals were okay, the dessert were disappointing but the pork was good. Overall the food was okay. Not sure if I will visit this restaurant again!

Never again. Service was slow. It took half an hour for the starters and over one hour for the mains . The lady server was grouchy and aggressive. The fish we ordered was beyond "spicy" we weren't able to eat it and there was no warning how extremely spicy hot it was. When we complained the lady server replied " I am not in charge of the menu ". It's a pity there isn't the option of a zero star , as that is what this restaurant deserves as a rating. Will never set foot in it again.

When we first moved to the area, this place was great. But the last few visits have been overwhelming disappointments. We waited over an hour for food during our last visit and had to ask for drinks 3 times before they were brought. Even after all that, multiple dishes were forgotten and had to be followed up. By the time the last dish came it was over an hour and a half since it was ordered. They seem to prioritise take-away orders over people dining in and the limited waitstaff and management isn't helping the overworked kitchen. It's very disappointing to see a restaurant we used to love be dragged down by understaffing, mismanagement and poor service.
