Coffee Guru - Franklin

I always come here to get my coffee before I go to work but the coffee tastes are always different and making coffee staff are seems like rush customer get the coffee doesn't make sure customers how many coffee they first and just keep calling and didn't get ready coffee tray just leave it on the counter that is. I'm a waitress as well in restaurants the way she doing is not good enough and not professional enough too and owner really need get better staff with experience customer service one for making coffee the one making coffee is not good and always different tastes sometimes alright sometimes are very bitter too .

Generally get my coffee here. The coffee is good but the service has deteriorated. Asked them to heat up the coffee as it had gone a little cold and the girl at the counter made a huge fuss about the same. Was extremely rude and obnoxious which was uncalled for. Won't be getting my coffee there anymore.

Very friendly atmosphere, great fast service and tasty food. Dropped in for breakie and had the baby with us. You never know how staff will take it when you turn up with a bub. To her credit the lady waiter welcomed us and even came up to say hi to the youngster and give him a friendly rub on the head. We had a big breakfast, a bacon and egg roll and a couple of hot drinks. All delicious thanks.

Just went with a few friends to try out the new dinner menu and we were very impressed! We ordered the Gourmet Garlic Pizza Bread and the Cajun Chicken Deluxe pizzas. Both were on a lovely thin base with generous toppings - the in house family recipe of the pizza bread was SO GOOD. Thank you once again Guru for being the first place I get my coffee in the mornings from through to now taking people to dinner! 👌🏼😍
