Ordered online with no issues and I wait 12 minutes for the order to be processed. I walk in and there's no one taking orders, there is however 2 people sitting out the back, one on the computer and one sitting chatting. Needless to say, my order and several orders weren't done and it was after the allocated time it said it would be ready.

Regular customer and have no issues with the place except for today 06/11/2021). Check your balance because the staffer on duty today is not getting the balance right. Have me two beef burritos (when I wanted veg) charged me for a large nachos and extra beef (ordered a small plain Nachos for 5.90). Gave me cash to my hand and said don't worry about it and I had to manually tally up the numbers. Check your sales numbers today. For anyone going their double check your order. You may have been over charged.

First up, the food es muy bueno, no problem there and it's why we eat there semi-regularly. We prefer to order via the app, so that we don't have to line up and go through the Q&A process. Problem is, their system sucks. 80% of the time we rock up and they aren't even aware an order via the app has come in. They check their little printer and there it is, our order sitting there for 20 minutes without being noticed. Most likely a management issue, they need to sort this basic stuff out and get a system that works. Our other gripe is the highly doubtful legitimacy of the number board ticking over the number of free meals given out. Kudos for being charitable but being truthful goes a long way.....
