Wok Me

I have been to Wok Me about 5 times over a year, and every time , the amount of meat in the dish seems to be reducing. Tonight ordered the small size satay chicken with noodles. The dish involved noodles, half a piece of chicken, plus 2 small fingernails of chicken, plus a few tiny vegetables. There was no real satay or peanuts that I observed either, although the flavour is good and noodles. The overall dish was so poor in terms of content, I went back and stated for the price of $10.95 with one full size piece of chicken (in total) in it, it was unacceptable. The exact comment was, it's because you ordered a small size. There was absolutely no apology, or negotiation. Taken aback, I stated I would put a review up around my dissatisfaction and not come back to the store. I very much like to support small business, and hesitant to put up this review, but endeavoured to resolve, but with no indication of openness to feedback or change.

I ordered 2 chicken Japanese curries and a orange chicken. I got literally less than half the food you normally get in the bowls and a small orange chicken not a regular! I complained straight away and asked for a refund and as it was delivered for them to come and pick up their food. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes to arrive as well. I paid $45 for it. For that much you can get so much more food from literally any other take away! I've noticed that most of the reviews here are bad! I wish I'd checked here first! My advice is to never order food from this particular Wok Me store they are dreadful! So bad infact I'm actually going to try and contact the owner to complain.
